Many ‘hidden’ conditions such as stress or depression which may also be included in the definition.

Lead your people to better mental health
In an ideal world, we would all enjoy good mental wellbeing, but the pressures of work and life balance means we are not always able to achieve it. The difficulty of identifying someone’s mental wellbeing is that someone may look like they are coping well, but in reality, it may not be further from the truth.
Companies and organisations across the country are recognising the impact that poor mental health can have on their workforce, and hence the negative effect it has on business. There is a crucial need for employers to create a healthy work environment to minimise poor mental health, but also to support those wanting to work while managing mental health issues or disabilities.
