HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner

Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

  • CIPD Level 5 (ideally but Level 3 will also be considered) or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years previous experience in a HR Generalist role or similar
  • Progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices; global experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Work well to deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently.

HR Assistant

HR Assistant

Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications as a minimum to be considered:

  • Experience of providing administrative support within a busy HR setting
  • Minute taking skills
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Intermediate word, excel and outlook skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, coordinate a variety of projects and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with HR and Recruitment System advantageous
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
