HR Business Partner
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- CIPD Level 5 (ideally but Level 3 will also be considered) or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years previous experience in a HR Generalist role or similar
- Progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices; global experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex employee relations issues.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Work well to deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently.

HR Assistant
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications as a minimum to be considered:
- Experience of providing administrative support within a busy HR setting
- Minute taking skills
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Intermediate word, excel and outlook skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, coordinate a variety of projects and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with HR and Recruitment System advantageous
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
